Welcome to The Oregon Trail in Sumpter, Oregon! The Oregon Trail Riders gather each year in Sumpter to celebrate their passion................The Oregon Trail! These Riders come in wagons......on horseback, and some, even on foot to experience a real-life trail ride which begins in Sumpter and takes them out on the old trail. The ride finishes with a parade through town and then everyone can enjoy an old-fashioned chuck wagon steak feed.
