New Years Eve Bonfire....
We had over 100 people at our annual New Year's Eve bon fire, chili & hot dog feed. The light show was outstanding. Thank you to Vicki Christensen, Carolyn Nordstrom, Ona Smith & Ann Ferguson for preparing the chili. Thank you Teny Nordstrom, & Glen Ferguson for getting the bon fire started & cleaning up after the bon fire. Our thanks go to Jim Sheller for clearing the fair grounds with the groomer for the bon fire and light show New Years Eve Bonfire Photos
Ride Safe - Ride Smart - Never Ride Alone - Always Be Prepared For ANYTHING!!
The 2006/2007 Snowmobiling Season has ended, but it's not too early to consider summer trail maintenance! Local snowmobile club members as well as riders who enjoy our sumpter snowmobile trails every winter, are invited to volunteer for trail maintenance work. The more work we do to maintain our trails in the summer means better trails in the winter! Watch this page for upcoming information regarding summer trail work parties! If you would like more info regarding our summer trail work, just send us an email: info@sumpter.org

We sold 508 hands, signed two new memberships and sold 10 fleece shirts! We want to thank all the club members that spent many volunteer hours setting up the poker run and getting the trails into shape! The grooming crew spent some frantic hours getting the Tucker Sno-Cat repaired but did get it back out on the trail before the poker run. The awards were given out at the groomer shed. We had a packed house! It was President Glen Ferguson's birthday and Carolyn Nordstrom presented Glen with a yummy chocolate cake. The cake had one huge candle which would have made 100 candles but Glen wouldn't tell us how old he is.
